10.1.1

I was offered 777 and 747 class dates. They will assign you the first date available so that determines the equipment...

About a month ago. Did you get an interview?. They have you watch an HR presentation first, did you do that bit yet?

Fish on! Ask and you will receive. 20 days out and a ANC base for you. Come on down.

Maybe it’s come on up or perhaps they live there. Weather is good right now and things are fairly open so there’s that. Fish on! is great, just don’t fish on a one fish limit river I kid you not. Caught mine first 15 min, then walked the bank for the next few hours. Make sure you ask your so called “guide.” 20 days out from the lower 48 sometimes par for the course no doubt.

Newbie’s fiancé calling constantly on the 74 two months ago was already having separation anxiety. No crystal ball required, it was during OE so he has choices to make unfortunately. Granted she was spoiled having him around the clock during 2020 = well foreseen cracks in the dam. Not so much buyer beware as buyer be informed and no excuses this day and age.

Since the final company CBA proposal was posted June 7 resignations have exploded. 61 in the last 30 days, nearly 200 ytd. The worst month of attrition in Atlas history. 737 seat locks are being canceled to boost 777 staffing. It appears everyone who was on the fence about leaving isn’t anymore, and probably many who weren’t looking to move on.

Management is determined to keep their pilots at the worst pay, benefits and work rules in the industry as shown in their own words to the arbitrator. In short their brief was “Mr Arbitrator, reject all union proposals and give our pilots a CBA much less than all other ACMI’s and charter companies, or Atlas can’t compete in the marketplace.” In ten years they will repeat this same “process” as they call it; stopping any pilot vote as they’ve done since 2002.

If the arbitrator awards a contract per the company request, the only pilots left here in 18 months will be those too old to start over, some that live in base and those not hirable at other real airlines.

Best attrition ever if they’re all senior to me - 👍 Probably not so Boooooo! History will repeat itself and we never learn despite trying to cancel such things; worse yet, try to rewrite it. Tomfoolery comes to mind, as if things were going to be different.

Seems most people leaving have been here less than two years. Beyond that it's kinda hard to read into attrition. Hiring elsewhere has started, and a lot of guys were sitting at Atlas with CJO's in hand. Some may be leaving because they see the proposals. Most would have moved on regardless.

I'd be interested to see how our attrition stacks up against Kalitta's, ATI's and ABX's. That might provide a little more of a window into how many folks are losing hope and leaving.

Doubt that many from K4, especially with the new contract and pretty quick upgrade. You have a lot of guys that came over from Emirates or regionals that went out of business. Doubt they are itching to go elsewhere.
