If anyone can answer my question or give an opinion I would appreciate it.

I applied 6 months ago with an internal recommendation. Crickets!

I know others who have also applied and have internal recs who have also heard nothing.

We all have 3000+ hours and lots of 121. For an airline bleeding people every month, you don't seem too concerned with replacing them.

Anyone got an explanation?

Have your internal rec guy email the recruiter directly.

Have you had your resume reviewed by someone?

Use the copy paste resume from ct350, add a few typos and gaps in employment and suddenly your resume gets thrown out just for that.
Im not saying yours is that, but it does happen.

Yeah it’s been reviewed by a professional service. It hasn’t been rejected either, it’s still sitting there with the under review message.

If FedEx called, would you go?

Atlas it seems wants pilots who will likely stay the year.

The company doesn't want to give you the widebody type rating only to have it embellish your resume and then you gone.

Just my take.

Pretty sure 99% of ACMI pilots would give a resounding “yes.”
