With the new contract, someone at some point in the past mentioned that new seniority numbers would be based on the last 4 of your social security number. Is 0000 good or 9999 good?

SO I am guessing you have like a 0131 or so?

I have no idea, but at other places that have done it this way 0001 is very good.

Good luck.

Lowest is best, 9999 is bad.

Can somebody please explain to me how a person's SSN can have anything to do with their seniority #?

they determine ranking withing a class based on SSN. they take your last 4 and make a numerical listing either high to low or low to high and they assign seniority numbers in that way.

Ok. So it's within each individual class. Gotcha.
