I don't know about that but, congratulations on clearing that hurdle...

Now you're in the holding pattern for an interview in Miami...wait for a phone call.

Again, nice job.

Somewhere on the bottom of the screen there's a button that says "report" or something along those lines. It'll show the popular "66", as well as a set of numbers that are all green which I assume are the questions.

Just from my own, and other guy's experience, they all show green. If you aced it, good on ya. But I know I missed a few questions. Maybe the all green just denotes that every question was answered.

Log back into the system and click on the link as if you are taking the test again. Then you will get the option on the bottom for the report where it will show a 66. The green just means you answered every question. I had a few yellow on mine, because those were the questions I tagged. I just wanted to go back and double check some if I had time.

Last month, JFK based:
Limo to WRI (so the company bought me a ticket on day 0 to PHL and limo to WRI and hit the hotel for 10 hours) DH RMS Limo FRA, sit 3 days
FRA-DXB 15CR
DXB-HKG rolled up to 24 CR
HKG-SYD 20CR
SYD-MEL 12CR
Qantas MEL-SYD 72CR
SYD-BKK-PVG 36CR
PVG-ANC 26CR
ANC-MIA
One day reserve
Comm JFK (actually to home)
That was about five changes from what I was awarded.

This month:
Couple days reserve
Again Limo WRI DH RMS 24CR
DH KWI Commercial DXB 15CR
DXB-KBL-AUH Limo DXB 20CR
DXB-OAI-DXB 40CR
DXB-ALA-ICN 96CR
ICN-ANC DH MIA 24CR
Commercial JFK and sit reserve one day.

In 8 days when that starts, who knows - Dubai, where patterns go to die.

Are the SYD and MEL layovers good? By that, I mean a good enough location so you're easily accessible to the things to see and do?

Last time I talked to an acquaintance there, AUK wasn't a layover, just a stop as the plane came from somewhere, went there, then on to Australia.

Is that still the case?

How long after you passed the Technical Test was it before you got the call to visit Miami? I was just curious, I took the test on Friday and I know there are interview dates comming up in the middle of February. I would really like to be there on one of those days.

You're right Auckland layovers are rare these days...although, we did have them at one time when we used to fly for Malaysian Airlines.

The AKL flights are now generally operating JFK-HNL-AKL-MEL with a stop in LAX sometimes...Crew change in in HNL.

SYD...we used to stay at the Marriott in downtown (not the one near the Sydney Opera, but certainly within walking distance...and a good location. We have recently changed hotels to coogee beach - Google Search
