when I first applied about 5 mins after the window opened back in i think april of 2010 the App Questionnaire wasn't part of the process. I went recently to update my resume and notice the AQ. If you go to the atlas air careers page on the website you can download, fill it out & email it in. its pretty basic.

It's very much an RTFQ/RTFA type of test.

Interviewed in Sep, still swimming. Had to defer the Dec class and hated it, but still plodding along.

The Questionaire is a pdf file that is just attached to the email. Fill it out, resave it then email it back to them. Its has nothing to do with the test. Hope this helps.

Hey guys! Long time lurker here. Just received the pool letter today, and I'm blowing up my swimmies and working on my breast stroke
