You obviously have me confused with someone else. I'm merely pointing out issues you will have to confront with the amalagamated contract.

hmmm, recently registered with short insignificant posts in an attempt to gain credibility. That's what it smells like, anyway.
Such propaganda will not get any traction here. You guys must finally realize that you're up for a helluva fight to make such a desperate move.

What desperate move are you referring to?

Thank you Gentlemen. The Atlas Air hiring thread is a bit outdated and this thread is better.

Captainv, thank you. It's why I am posting/asking. I am trying to get real time and accurate information.

Now maybe if you get a new contract it'll get better although I am not under any dellusion that the type operation and flying will change. It will always be an ACMI carrier.

Quit playing dumb. That would be your feeble-minded attempt to sway a mostly solidified pilot group by using this forum. How lame.

That approach would turn Atlas into the next Republic. Parked airplanes, broken customer contracts and a rapidly shrinking airline.

We will see. But the same law firm, I believe.

And that would result in firings of pilots doing illegal job actions and furloughs as contracts are lost.

I think one of the reasons for the SAI purchase was to ensure system integrity in the event of a 1224 job action. The SAI pilot group, on a whole, is much more amenable to toeing the company line as most of them are focused on their own job security and that can only be brought about in the ACMI world by system integrity by resisting illegal union "suggestions".

Thanks for your insight. Who do you fly for, by the way?
