Offer some type of cadet program with the guarantee of an interview at Atlas and the opportunity to fly Heavies right from the get go, and you'll have them lined up around the block wanting to fly the legendary jumbo Boeings.[/QUOTE]
Hmm, still need an ATP to work for Atlas. Seems like your plan is total BS.
But if the new hires at Atlas just follow the contract, they will be involved in an illegal job action, so why would they go to Atlas?

I am changing my mind, sorry LK. How about JW, hmmm, yes Radioactive would sum it up well toxic for 12000 years. The only way to clean it up to to double bag it place it in lead lined barrel and bury it in Nevada 5000 feet underground.

You people are too dim to see the real issue. Since the Atlas pilot group has historically not followed the CBA to the letter, all of a sudden doing it now is what makes it an illegal job action. The courts back this up. It's a change of status quo with the sole intent to hurt the company. The Atlas pilots didn't suddenly have an epiphany and decide to act professional by following the CBA and other manuals to the letter. You are doing this to hurt the company. If you do, the company will hurt you.

So, 172 to 747. I can't imagine any problems there.

They do it in RJs and the whale is easier to fly than an RJ. The Captain will keep them out of trouble internationally till they get used to it, so the new F/O can just concentrate on flying the jumbo.
