It's been said before and it'll be said forever ...

NEVER take a job for the equipment!

Chances are much better than even that you'll go to the 767 if you ever get the call and then subsequently hired by a better place before you ever transition to the 74. Furthermore, the 74 is a plane just like any other ... only with painfully long legs.

It's worth saying again ...

NEVER take a job for the equipment!

Compared to Atlas, FedEx catering IS good!

The Atlas pilots who've flown the FedEx trips speak highly of it.

It's better than some of my old jobs but nothing I'd pay for on my days off, that's for sure.

But those pics on the atlas site were terrifying.

the biggest difference is that at Atlas they are paid with catering or food ($50 meal vouchers) while at Fedex they are paid with a lot of money and great work rules and they have some catering on board.

Can anyone shed some light on the 767 schedule, the Amazon or DHL flying? I guess a line would have a mixture of the Amazon stuff, DHL and or charter but are there any typical destinations? All I hear is mostly domestic.

Amazon is only ILN-SEA so far.

DHL is either domestic or inter-Asia with SYD thrown in as well.

Pax is mostly AMC, usually US-Europe-ME or SEA-Japan.
