What's so hard about answering a ****ing question these days?!?! People are *******s. It took you more energy to write this than too answer with a simple number.

In the last 76 class there were multiple people (3ish) in the 2-3k range, some regional FOs with zero PIC, and the usual group of higher time guys. Internal recs seem to help. Guys are getting hired on the Southern side with a wider range of experience, as low as 2k TT.

Wait a minute! You have WHAT? You will have 2000 hours in a year or so? 2000 hours and you are just going to go from 135 freight to a 121 wide body cargo airline? I wish you luck and sincerely hope you succeed. I would recommend that you talk you boss into allowing you to come back if it does not work out.

Times, they are a changing. Most new hire Regional guys are going from SE trainer at sheltered environment to E175/CRJ these days. Up to 100hr's of IOE and still cant land...
Be glad to get a freight dog.

It worked for me and a lot of other guys I know, and there's no one else I'd rather have next to me when it hits the fan than an Alaska 135 guy. Akpilot29 I assume you're at little Ace from what you said, get your time and let me know when you need an internal, I'd rather sit next to you than any of these crusty, up hill to school each way, condescending, know it all old dudes any day of the week.

One thing atlas needs is a few more Alaska cats to point out every damn hill they went snowmobiling on last month as you come in for arrival.
