Default 135 PC Three Strike Rule

I had a .293 ride a few days ago in the Caravan, and I messed up a steep turn...The Check Airmen said we need to retrain, and do it again. So I redid it to exceed standards, and the rest of the ride went really well.

Question: If you do have to retrain using the three strike rule, although you didn't fail the entire ride, do you ever have to indicate this to a future interviewer or on a job app? Is it on your PRIA? Thanks

Your Check Ride form "8410" and record of training should show the item that was retrained. You should have been furnished the 8410. All training and checking forms for the previous 5 years will be furnished to future employers upon a PRIA request.

So in other words, unless I'm specifically asked if I've had to retrain on something, the airlines could careless? As long as the entire checkride was a pass?

That would be my understanding.
