Just saw this LA times article, great read about the whole "holding out" rule. What do y'all think?

Not true.

I got in trouble that way back in High School. The FAA's stance on the matter isn't new.

Good to know, but what is the current interpretation? Statutory interpretation does change from time to time, and it usually doesn't regress
