Default FAA Privatization - AIRR Act

AIRR Act

With the new administration, there seems to be a real chance that this will happen when the current FAA reauthorization ends in September 2017.

I think it warrants discussion.

Bump. With this now included in the DOT FY18 Budget proposal, this will be debated. EAS proposed to be eliminated.
