But some of us want certain bases and better QOL more than to work at Delta, and we understand that if ends up being the next Jetblue it could be a great place to work if you get in near the beginning. I see on their latest pilot job posting on their website the E170/190 type has been moved to the "preferred" section. I flew RJs, and then 737s before covid started and I got out because I couldn't take the loss of QOL I would have had to endure. Is TPA going to be a pilot base? Are there plans to start hiring for non-typed FOs for the E190s and eventually the A220s? Would appreciate if anyone who actually works here can provide some insight.
