If you will live in base and are willing to be in the wild west in terms of work rules and shifting company policies, have at it.. I'm sure they'd love to have you. And I'm not being facetious, they are looking for someone who will see past everything you're reading in this thread and come happily for a chance to 'strike gold' at a Neeleman start up. It's ALL about that Neeleman seniority number. Just be prepared for anything and expect nothing.

What is the pay? There is not even a pay profile on here for Breeze that I can find. The problem is the pay cut you would have to endure as an FO. Most Regional CAs only have to take a 1 year pay cut when they move on, then make more then they do now as a 2nd year FO. Sounds like at Breeze it is a multi-year pay cut. Definitely not worth it , especially in this hiring environment unless maybe if you are a Regional FO.

A lot of ppl like to hate on breeze because it definitely needs to get with the current times but if you live in base it’s actually not a bad gig. The most senior guys are getting 18-20 days off a month 75-95 hrs credit plus $1500 to cover commuting expenses so not too bad. And you’re right most regionals will take over 10 years to make 117 ph.
