I definitely understand the appeal. For me, I'm in a position where it pays better than my current company, quick upgrade, lets me do day trips, gives me good seniority, and could end up being a great place to work.

But seeing things like this is definitely a red flag for things to come.

Still on the fence about accepting the offer.

I didn't think there was an airline in the US that payed as low as Breeze (including benefits). Who pays worse than Breeze?

Mabye it's cause the regional I'm at does not have any substantial bonuses, but a 2nd year captain at Breeze makes the same as a 16 year captain where I'm at.
