so good luck with what you're asking.
Btw the CP and most check airman quit over it and still no raise.

What airline was that? And how is a union supposed to solve the problem of a CEO who denies the validity of their own signature? It’s not any more difficult to deny that you signed a CBA than it is to deny that you signed any other agreement.

An union would have recourse through the grievance process.

I would think that a CBA is signed by more people than just the CEO. Either way, for a company that does do that, they must either not have much business, or they have a core group they can depend on to take it raw when needed to absorb the sick calls that must come in very frequently. Either way, that kind of non-sense is the reason there is a pilot "shortage".

it didn't work too well for them. They are no longer in business

You really don’t understand the process of getting a CBA.

Is breeze testing out GSP?

Live next to GSP and was quite excited to see a e190 with a certain livery! The flight was breeze 6400 from Norfolk to Greenville Spartanburg, would this just be them testing out a possible route? Or is there a new destination?

Probably just got lost, or stopped to use the bathroom since the company charges them you use the lav on the aircraft.

Breeze has been ramping up their charter operations over the past few weeks. We watched it depart ORF today as it heads for the Eugene, Oregon. Presumably a college team.

This is possible. BreeZe didn’t pay for the data updates so pilots are having to track radials VOR to VOR. The lav policy is you’ll be charged after the 1st flush.
