This is the most absurdly useless interview tip I've ever read.

He's right though, they want to make sure your a good fit and generally a cool person.

That's literally what every interview does. How well do you fit the corporate mold? Almost every company on earth with few exceptions want to make sure you can get along with others and aren't abrasive (not nice). So yes, it's a worthless interview tip.

Well now I can think of someone who might not fit in..

Don't you worry about me. I'm just not naive enough to believe that a company is looking for "nice" people or that a short interview could weed out people who aren't.

Just to clarify, niceness means knocking on doors unsolicited for 18months - Two years, in clothes very similar to a pilot get up.

pretty sure you're 100% wrong about that. there's maybe 2 out of almost 100 pilots here that fit that. so let's call it 98% wrong for good measure.
