I give them a minute amount of credit due to rising fuel prices basically forcing “unprofitability” upon the E190s. There will be some passenger service with the E195s, but I don’t think anyone here ever believed the Ejets were going to be a long term plan for Breeze.

Fair point with the fuel prices. I take it the plans to add more E-Jets have been scrapped in that case as well?

They haven’t said anything shout that, plan is for up to 30 Ejets. I think 3 more are arriving right now.

The industry is fluid, the company is fluid. So what the “plan” today is, could be drastically different tomorrow. Currently we have 10 E190s, those will be on full time charter starting September 1st, we have 3 E195s on property with 3 more coming this summer, and 6 more E195s coming by next summer. So that’s 22 Ejets. We could grow it or shrink it.

Any updates on the training footprint. I was supposed to book a ticket from Home - SLC - MCO - Home, but no information after that. I read that the E190/195 sims are not backed up but how long is the break between Orlando and starting sims? Thanks.

Between two weeks and a month is the standard.

True, but I mean, the company went from turns on point to point routes to being half 121 and half 121 supplemental, basically. That's a pretty significant change from what was probably expected by most at the beginning, including Neelman.

can anybody on the inside shed light on how bad the attrition is at Breeze?

Well, 90% of last summer’s hires quit. Most inside of their first 6 months.

Has Breeze management considered taking a radical approach? Like maybe increase pay and provide industry standard work rules?

It sure sound like the company is floundering to me.

What's the delivery schedule of the 220s? It's starting to sound unlikely that they will get enough of them online to make a difference before they run out of money.

Most of you guys are probably too young to get this reference, but this sounds line Independence Air 2. You can't make money with RJs.
