Thanks! What’s a typical FDP? How many legs? How’s the load factor?

The holdup was with the FAA availability as CAE did not have the ability to perform their own type issuances like FSI could, so when we swapped to CAE, we became at the mercy of the FAA availability. However, the type issue is likely solved now that we are switching back to FSI and are in the process of building our own training facility in SLC. Our E190 sim, if all goes well will be operational by April. Until then, we are using sims wherever we can get time. CAE removed our sim time for January, so we are backed up on that front once again. I believe the December class has the first 3 pilots who have never flown the Ejet and require the full type ride. What I don't know is if those pilots are going to be using FSI or FAA examiners and when FSI will be able to take over on that front, so that anybody showing up could be non-typed.
That's some pretty awesome spin.
Translation:
We switched from FSI to CAE because it was cheaper.
We didn't do our research and learned CAE couldn't do type rides after the fact.
Swallowed our pride and switching back to FSI. Because we left, they upped the price, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Told the pilots "don't worry we just broke ground ON OUR OWN SIM FACILITY! Its going to be top of the line!" (undisclosed physical address). Pilots cheer "We're the best"!
CAE cut us off. Did we even pay them? Scrounge for sim time due to previous mistake. FAA is not impressed.
Hired 3 pilots without E Jet experience because thats the best we could get. They are now in training limbo because we can't train them.
Training department in complete disarray.
Come on over! Quit your current job, make RJ pay if you ever finish training, and maybe some day you can fly a Shiny Jet too!

What’s training pay and when do you start getting full pay?

Why are you constantly on this thread? Is it because Breeze is the only other career choice you can look down upon in the major category? Has working for the lowest paying US based Airbus operator gotten to you?

Hahahahahahaha! Epic trolling there, son.

Don't mess with the BreezyBois, folks.

[I'm here for the comedy relief. I'm bored. You?]

That is a legitimate question. Does it make you feel better to troll a thread of an airline you have zero desire to go to? Why even look at the thread? I’m here debating on going to a new airline that would have me home based vs having to commute the rest of my life or move.

People like you truly just detract from the purpose of an online forum, I suspect you do the same in real life. That is detract from whatever setting you’re in.
