Sounds a little Colgan in a blizzard technique. Sitting in Albany in a nor’easter …” we need you to rent a car and drive to Hyannis.”

No, the only truth is we do get a rental car while on TDY or in training. Also from what I know the pilots who bid TDY were commuters anyway, so it works out much better for them than commuting in for single day trips.

AFAIK, yes, they are hiring. Last week, we had a “Pilot Value Proposition” meeting which was conducted virtually for all the folks that have recently been offered a CJO. I would say there were around 40 of us in attendance and it was a mix of DEC’s as well as FO’s. They said to expect class dates later this month or in August once the appropriate background checks had been completed.

Latest vacancy for Ejet, or rather Displacement bid for Aug is:

MSY reduced to 3 Crews
ORF at 4 Crews
CHS reduced to 10 crews
PVU will be awarded 8 Crews
Charters don’t know because they still haven’t said

Are there any open FO positions for the 220 on this latest bid?

This was true for me back around November/December. Know a few others that got the same call.

You know things are desperate when the founder/CEO personally call you and tell you not to leave.
