Moxy will get a operating certificate without issues. The big question for Moxy is can they sell the business plan to investors to get the desired funding. Based on his original statements on timelines they should be well into hiring employees and be set up and offering tickets for sale for summer travel. Since that is not happening and they have revised their business plan to incorporate older used airframes at a far lower price point it appears their issues might be funding. If there are no major announcements by the end of the year you can be sure it’s funding.

I think the economy may have investors spooked. And start up airlines have never traditionally been a safe investment.

It certainly won't help. I could see Moxy investors shy away as well as creating distractions/delays to the operational startup phase.

A nuisance complaint. It won’t get much traction; just stirring the **** pot to raise a stink.

I agree the complaint won’t cause any real issues. The fact however he pushed so hard to bring a money man onboard at this late stage shows there are financial issues that are serious.

There are ALWAYS financial matters that are serious with ANY startup. You expect to burn a lot of money before your first dollar of profit.

He clearly has been unable to execute his business plan do to a lack of capital. That was not the case when he started JetBlue.

From the time Jet Blue was incorporated in Aug 1998 until it was awarded an operating certificate in Feb 2000 was 19 months. Seeing as how a name hasn’t been picked yet and their A220s are not yet due to be delivered, saying the airline is behind schedule seems a little premature.
