As far as hiring, it seems to be it. Not a surprise that you won't see a general public facing website until closer to launch.

From people who have interviewed, captain pay on the ERJ is in the $110-120 range (sorry, forgot what they said exactly), on the 220 $128 IIRC, first year. Might be slightly off, but that's what I was told. On the FO side, they said it was the same as Skywest rates. Just passing it along...

Not from what I was told from someone who interviewed... FO rates are the same as Skywest.
