Default 2nd career

I'm a current dual rated pilot with over 5500 tt, 3500 multi turbine rw, 2000 fw and 1000 multi engine fixed wing (mostly recip). I am 43 and about 2 years from from full retirement with my current govt. job. I work on avg about 8-10 days a month currently with a lot of schedule flexibility. My goal is to retire in 2 years and jump to the 121 world. I would like to make myself more competitive for an llc type and possible bypass the regionals. I'm looking for suggestions in ways I could get some fw turbine time before I retire. Doesn't seem like any regionals will do part time and I can only commit about 8-10 days per month for some other operation. Not much local part 91 opportunities so I was curious if anyone knew of a cargo or 135 operation that would hire a guy pt. Any other suggestions of ways to utilize the next few years to get ready for the career switch would be most appreciated.
