Almost ready to submit my app to Frontier. I'm waiting for one more letter of rec from a former employer who is now going through check airman class with Frontier. Its been a lot of studying and new tricks for this old dog but I'm happy where I've positioned myself.

I'd apply to regionals also. They're the most common stepping stone to the majors. They're also the first operators that might take a 100 hr MEL pilot. You'd get another type rating, and actual experience in the aircraft, operations in all weather into large high density airports, higher level SOP operations, etc all while passing and working under a Part 121 operation. All building blocks that you'll benefit from and will demonstrate to the next higher tier of operators that you can cut the mustard.
Good luck!
