Thanks for the reply, yes very well put too. Sacrifice them at the alter of my dreams.

My wife's mind set is something like this...."as long as we don't go into any debt for your crazy idea, and it doesn't alter our day to day life in any way and you make the same amount of money as you do now and as long as our son still has all he needs and tons of money set aside for college...as long as you can do all that then I guess I could be okay with it."

If I were single, I would have bailed on my dead end, soul-sucking toxic career a loooong time ago.
