121 SIC vs 135 PIC
I'm looking for advice for which direction to go. My end goal is to eventually have a shot at the legacies.
Pay- Between the 2 companies listed below, the first 1-3 years are about equal and then company (A) progresses higher than (B).
My TT is around 3000 hours but I'm also low on TPIC.
2 companies that I'm looking at....
Company A
121 Jet SIC
3-4 year upgrade
Home based - No commute
_______________________________
Company B
135 Turboprop PIC
Street captain- Immediate upgrade
Home based - No commute
I'm leaning towards B.
Suggestions?

Turboprop PIC, especially 135, does not make the phone ring as well as 121 PIC. I have observed this effect personally and through the experiences of many prop drivers at my old regional... many of whom started getting called about 1-2 years after the props were retired and everyone went to the jets. Funny how that worked.
If it's SE turboprop... fugheddaboudit.
Prop time only works well for mil pilots.
SE time only works at all for fighter/recon pilots.
If you want to do airlines, suck it up and get on with it. I would recommend never missing an opportunity to progress your career until you reach your destination major. You'll thank me when you have your seniority number.

That’s a very mixed blessing.
Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.
