Default Career Advice??

Hello,

I’m having hard time deciding where to go for a good QOL.

850 tt and qualify for R-ATP minimums for regionals. But I want to do something else before taking that step.

Thanks

Pick a regional that has a large, well-established, junior base in a town you'd like to live in (make sure upgrade goes junior too, some high COL bases are junior for FO's but more senior for CA's who can better afford to live there)

So you qualify for R-ATP now? That means you have military wings. Just go to the regionals and get it over with. Stay in the reserves/guard and when you get on with a major then buy your own plane, or volunteer with some aviation organization (CAP, CAF, etc).
