Dress sharp, bring all your copies as they state in the email, and be outgoing. If you start with those three at the interview, you are formulating success. At my interview, two guys were sent home due to lack of copies, follow instructions!

It varies from what I hear. I personally had a holding pattern course reversal to an ILS that doesn't exist anymore. They had an old chart.
They also specifically asked us not to give out specifics on the interview, especially the sim. Just practice holds, arcs, procedure turns, approaches, and brush up on NDB stuff just in case. I had heard they have been known to bring those up on occasion. They use enough different approaches it would be hard to specifically prepare for. They will give you time to look over it, use that time wisely!

Be able to do procedure turns and holds. The EMB training still checks on NDB approaches, so best be prepared for that too unless you are coming from a jet and know for sure they are hiring you for the RJ.

What kind of system questions did you guys get? Seems like electrical system is a big deal? Also, it says i should be reading my most recent and most flown aircraft AFM which is C-172, i know! Interview is Thursday, seems like the closer i get the more i forget.

Airliner systems are a lot more complicated than a 172 so if you can't even explain 172 fuel, electrical systems you will probably not get hired.
Also take a look at the turbine pilots manual (any pilot shop)...read a little about turbine engines, hydraulics, and PACKs.
I have heard of CFIs getting asked RJ systems questions...I hope that was a mistake and they got confused with an applicant who was ex-121. But if that happens, politely remind the interviewer that you have never flown a turbine aircraft. At that point you will get bonus points if you have done some turbine background reading.
