Only other thing is one of those little plastic green cards the FAA gives out saying "commercial" on it.

What about 275-300 TT with 35+ ME and 121 dispatch license/experience?

Submit a resume all they can say is no. The reality is you have very little experience flying airplanes. Would you want to be in the back of that dash with your family while someone with your quals is flying? Not trying to be a jerk but in competitive times you'd have a hard time getting a CFI gig with those times. I know from experience.

Understand but I do have 121 experience (might not mean sh$t but I still got it) and have had CFI's tell me a fly a real good stick (also might not mean sh$t). I think I'll submit it, like you said, I just didn't want to waste my and their time and get the HR rejection letter right away.

Was this a recent interview ?

Seriously, make your future captains job easier. Instruct for 1000hrs, learn to talk on the radio. Understand an IFR clearance. Know the differenct between ATC and Flight Service. These are basic items that new people just don't seem to get. Flying and airplane is 10% of the job. Don't rush to get that first airline job cause if you bust training, it will stay with you for life.

Were they from aviation universities? I herd they are hiring guys with this kind of time but only if you have an aviation degree.

purduepilot88 05-11-2011 04:09 PM

Yes this was within the past 30 days. Some were from aviation schools
