Piedmont Minimums?

Sorry if this has been posted before but......

Piedmont is currently hiring FO's according to their website and I'm just fishing for possible leads (outside dispatch). A few years ago they were hiring with just COMM/Multi. Now they have the new ATP minimums published (assuming its just in advance for new rule in two years like other carries have told me).

So what are the "current" logical minimums they are looking for? Is it still COMM/Multi?

Any information would be great!

Pretty much anything they can get right now. They want as close to 1500 as possible. If you have 100+ multi they definietly would come down but I have heard that our last class is filled with CFI's with less than 500 hours.

What about 275-300 TT with 35+ ME and 121 dispatch license/experience?

Does your 300 TT include a CFI certificate, or is it just commercial time?

ME time probably needs to come up quite a bit.

121 dispatch license translates to you've passed the ATP written, dispatch experience doesn't get you much more.

What about your education level, a 4 year degree perhaps?

Should be closer to 40 in the next few weeks.

The only thing dispatch experience will get you is another dispatch job...You would think it would help but in the end it doesnt.
