So from what I'm hearing on here, I'm guessing the best bet would be to stick with it, get some more TT and ME time and then look for a part 135?

Do what ever gets you the most total time the quickest. Many part 91 and 135 outfits can get you only a couple hundred hours a year.

Go military. After you get your 20 and a pension, you can skip the regionals and go right to the majors (And you won't have to worry about the absymal FO pay)

You could go to Gulfstream/Silver Air. A friend of mine has your qualifications and he just got hired there. Get your time, upgrade, get that TPIC, and move on. Don't be like us who tried to go to "better" or "more quality" regionals. In the end, 4.5 yrs of SIC time is still worthless. Definitely look at Gulfstream/Silver Air. They do not have the 250 hr program like they used to. That friend of mine just got hired as a regular FO and will start newhire training soon.

Find a flight school that's associated with a 135 charter company. That's what I did, went from instructing to King Airs to Citations.

All that plus a college degree at 19? I would suggest the New Jersey Air National Guard, but if you're DQ then maybe FDNY?

Kidding aside, don't sweat the ATP. I've got two decades on you and I'm still trying to get an ATP.

If you can instruct, go for it. Then try to get some 135 stuff with a good organization. Both should teach you how to keep yourself alive.

The regionals will still be here when you turn 23.

Plus I'll second what ShyGuy said. Don't wait for the "best" regional. Take it from me, there isn't one.

I'd suggest Ameriflight but 135 captain mins are 1200 hours. They do hire training captains without the 1200 hours though.
