Default Need expert advice

Hello all my name is Jarrad and in 2008 is was charged with PC 273.5A Corporal Injury On A Spouse. I spent one night in jail posted bail and was able to prove my x girlfriend lied via voicemail messages. So instead of completely destroying my life the DA charged me with PC 415 (2) which is Disturbing The Peace Unreasonable Noise. Today I went to take my First Class Medical and was told to bring paperwork from the courts on what I was charged with, and a written discription as to the events that happen. My question is will this disqualify me from receiving my medical as well as my ATP and being hired by any Airlines in the future. Please be brutally honest because I have $80,000.00 worth of loans and I would hate if it was all for not. Thanks in advance for all replies

You need to speak with a lawyer specializing in FAA cases.

There are a lot of "sea lawyers" on this forum. You need to talk to a real one that, as Galaxy said, knows FAA regulations and how to deal with the FAA. It will be money well spent.
