King Air job, but:
Try to get the magic 1000 turbine PIC as soon as possible, as this likely "triggers" your application/resume at the various majors as being "lets take a look at him". The ACP job looks good under a leadership/management category and you will likely make contacts at the FAA and other departments this way, which is never negative. The leadership/management block is another "trigger" the majors like.
"taking a job at a regional" does not offer ANY of the above benefits and it is not all about TT or Total turbine, it is the type of background that counts also. Get that degree done also.
My two cents

I was always told my FE time was good experience but didn't count for anything.
I didn't realize TPIC made the world go round and didn't have any guidance/resources to tell me otherwise.

If the goal is really the majors, then go to a regional. Your times are good for your age and I think you will have a decent shot of getting hired out of the right seat of a RJ. Like Rick said if your still flying the PC-12 I would try to get the TPIC in 4 digits first, you are so close!
I fly with guys who have a bunch of 135 MTPIC in transport category turboprorps and the majors are not calling. This may change and I hope it does but for today it is what it is.
OTOH...do you want a decent PIC gig with a good schedule, pay and QOL? Then the King Air gig sounds sweet!
Be honest with yourself about what you really want in life and don't look back.

Don't get down about it. I flew KA 90s and Cheyennes. I took a job as a 727 FE thinking that would be better than my roommates who went to COTEX and paid for training (1996) and made captain in 6 months.
I was always told my FE time was good experience but didn't count for anything.

Everyones got one. I need to hear it from someone who has experience it.
26 Years old yesterday
3800 TT
800 TPIC (PC12)
2000 PIC
6 Months RSV 121
Clean Record
Goal: Jetblue, Spirit, United, Delta, American
Opportunity: King Air 200 PIC, A start up 135, Good QOL, Good Pay, Good Schedule, Movement to Assistant Chief pilot in 6-8 months.
-or-
Take a job at another regional, my phone hasn't stopped blowing up for months.
One caveat: Finishing my business degree through SNHU and will be done in three months.
Lets hear it.

I was actually in the same position as you 6 months ago and flirted with the idea of going back to a regional, but the thought of commuting to sit reserve in a crash pad for $20k a year didn't get my tail wagging. I accepted a part 135 captain position flying a turbo prop. Pays about $60k a year and keeps me current.
If a major is your goal, build on your TPIC and more importantly, be patient. You need somewhere to hang out for a year or 2 until the majors get through their backlog of apps. The question is, do you want to hang out in the left seat of a king air with a livable paycheck, or the right seat of a barbie jet on poverty wages?

In my opinion, someone with your hours should not be going to a regional airline right now. Part 135 turbine PIC is worth more than part 121 SIC.

I doubt that would hold you back. You already proved you can make it through a 121 training program.
I have a friend who got hired at Atlas with zero 121 time and personally know guys who went from instructing to Ameriflight to Allegiant & Southwest.
Its true that most people go through the regionals before the majors, but its not the only way in.
I would consider a stint at the bottom of the regional pile as an absolute last resort.

Get to 1000 TPIC, then re-evaluate. It's hard to say whether you''ll hired get with 135 TPIC or 121 SIC. But at least if you're at a regional you'll (probably) eventually get 121 PIC.

But 135 anything may not be enough. I'm not sure that hanging out in 135 forever waiting for majors to thin out their stack is a good idea...assuming the goal is a major.
