After 1 bid I would say that it went slightly junior, and I expect for it to get even more junior as the base gets larger. I think it will stay junior until the base has been open for some time attracting West Coasters new hires. The LAX announcement only happened 2 weeks ago, and 80-90% of our crews live east of the Rockies.

New bases usually have many 'followers' until the trip quality is made known.

BTW Jonny, Thanks again. Got hired at Compass on Monday. Looks like the place to be.
Funny how the world works these days. Ask a question on APC, get advice, take advice, and find yourself at a new company!
