Cert date is the way I have always done it. Haven't been questioned.

+1 Of the myriad of hurdles you will jump to get the job you want, this isn't one of them to be too concerned about. Be accurate and consistent with all of your profile info, and able to quickly explain any anomalies as illustrated by Hilltopper. Good luck!

High jacking this old thread. Where do I put volunteer work? Is it under each airlines addendum or on the main app? I've searched both and cant seem to find it. Thanks

The best way to work that information in is to have one of your internal/external recs mention it in their recommendation letter.

"I've been especially impressed with John Doe's volunteer work with the Houston Integrated Rehabilitation Environment for Malnourished Egrets (HIREME)..."

or something to that effect.

Mine was on my resume.
Although I was never asked about in the interview.

I've been putting what's on my license as well, don't think it really matters as atr42flyer said "Don't read so much into this"
