I completely agree. This is a conference for women and by women, and since women are underrepresented in the industry they absolutely should get priority to speak with the airlines. I liked when they moved the women to the front of the line last year as well. If anyone thinks this is unfair, consider the alternative of there not being a conference at all. Also consider that you will be viewed as just whining :p

I love equal opportunity. Especially when those whining about it want to be the first one out of the burning buildings, sinking boat or any bad situation that they would like protection from. God forbid you should actually hire the most qualified candidate and not the one with the biggest set of fat hanging on their chest or the darkest pigment in their skin.

Just hire those that deserve it, black, purple, yellow, woman, man. I don't really care, unless my family or I am in the back riding with someone that considers themselves special because of their gender or skin pigmentation.

When are we going to have a job fair labeled "White males in Aviation"? Of course we'll allow women and blacks to attend. Of course you'll have to go the back of line. (Sounds ridiculous doesn't it?)

WOW!
Hopefully 'Putzin' put the last nail in that.
*Well I came to the right place to ask about "Gouge" on how to interact with the "Face to Face" session folks.
What do they ask you etc.,etc....>Yes, at the Conference.
May I break-in once more and kindly ask for some assistance on this issue?!
Here, we can truly help Pilot to Pilot...........
No matter what your LOGBOOK "Looks Like"!
I thought this was the point of this site?!
Appreciate, any and all Help!

Just a note, Fast Pass is for members only.

That being said, anyone can become a member.

I think women should get first dibs on the Fast Passes… regardless of middle or back of line, but thats just me I guess.

Hopefully if they drag the women to the front they'll drag the muslim-americans and illegal-americans in front of the women. Because ya know, currently they are be discriminated against far more than women.

I'm not trying to offend here, just want some people to use their common sense. I'm all for people getting a good job, as long as they have earned it.

Maybe you should do yourself and others a favor and stay away from the conference.

Women in Aviation conference probably has more men than women.
