Roger that. He's civilian, I think checking that military box put's you in a whole different bucket so that's not a great indicator.

Yes, but that would be expected, and an exception could be easily made wrt to software sifting.

To the OP: All of the electronic applications can be filtered based on all of the criteria that are covered on said application.

United has used 200 hours in the previous rolling 12 months as their cutoff line, but I have a feeling--I can't prove this, but I strongly suspect it--that a good impression at a job fair or the right internal recommendation from the right person can get your name pulled without regard for the recency requirements.

I was interviewed and hired with recency that had to include sim time to get me over the 200 hours in the previous 12 months.

So...UA uses 200 hours in the previous 12 months, but I can't speak to DL and AMR.
