I have a home in Jacksonville, Florida and I have a second home in Augusta, Georgia. Neither of these cities are bases for the regionals. I definitely don't want to do a two or more leg commute to work. I just don't know which airline is more stabled than the other.

If you mean put in writing, they can't, as upgrade time has a lot of variables. Also, do you have any prior 121 time, Fractional, or 135 commuter time? Impossible to upgrade in under a year if you don't.

A one leg commute to CLT on company metal would make life at PSA work pretty well for you. Short time on reserve, as well as a quicker upgrade than most places.
