Help!! Which Regional to choose from?

Personally I'd avoid anything with TSH name on it...except Compass.
If I were you I would try PDT or PSA. Both are in CLT and PSA has a base in TYS as well.
I wouldn't believe a thing GoJet told me except "you'll average one mechanical delay per day at minimum" (no offense to anyone working there). The upgrade at TSA might happen. Just keep in mind, when quick upgrades are promised because of growth, it's easy to fill classes until the first half of the hiring due to growth is complete....

The JAX > ATL commute is just shy of a nightmare from what I've seen.. JAX > CLT looks only slightly better.
Do your own research and if you're looking to sit a short reserve period, upgrade quickly, and have a good qol (as good as you can in the regionals) the choice is easy..

Go with one of the AAG wholly-owned regional airlines. Your commute will be much easier...mainline boarding priority and you will get a USAirways or AA jumpseat over any AA contract or non-AA regional pilot.

I was in your shoes just a few months ago. House and family in Jacksonville, FL and I didn't want a crappy commute. I interviewed with a handful of regionals, and just like you I had choices. Ultimately I chose PSA for the CLT base. Plenty of flights to and from JAX - CLT each day and I haven't had a problem getting home yet (even though most of the loads are full). By the time you are done with training and off of IOE, you will be able to hold a line in any base you want. Not to mention continuous growth through 2017. PSA seems like the obvious choice for you.
If I lived on the West Coast, I would of looked at Compass or SkyWest a little harder. But if your in the South PSA (Or Piedmont if you live in one of their bases) is a no-brainer.

Hey guys I am in some serious need of help. Every regional that currently uses Airlineapps has called and offer me an interview/employment. After 4 interviews and 4 offers and at least 4 more to go, the companies all seem the same. I have noticed that not only are they similar to me but they are also saying and promising the same things. So how do I decipher on which airline is better than the other or suitable to me. If this helps...I am currently living on the East Coast and hoped to remain on the East Coast.
What's your background and breakdown of flight times?
Also, what was your app timeline (when you submitted on airlineapps, when you got calls/emails, how far out interviews were scheduled, potential class dates, etc)
East coast will be easy, so go for the fast upgrade!
