They will tell you anything...especially things they can't deliver on.

No real growth at Republic. They just cancelled the last E145 upgrade bid, and most of those guys are 7 plus year FOs. A new CBA is probably years away, so you would be stuck working under a 12 year old CBA. At best upgrade would be 6 plus years for newhires at Republic.

Please do your own research on each company you are considering. Pay, contract, cancellation pay, quality of life. Do your research...fair warning.

Do not listen to recruiters. Listen to pilots that have access to company seniority lists. This is the only way to reveal where the true upgrade time exists. But use this very cautiously, this industry is very, very dynamic with contracts and anything can change. Just remember, you need pilots to staff planes so go where they are hiring and filling classes consistently. Its not all about upgrade time.

Not to mention a CEO who sends religious sermons to his employees reminding them of the virtues of Obedience and Loyalty meanwhile using every opportunity to lie, cheat, and steal from his employees. RAH is the worst regional in the US. Only come and here as a last "I cant fog a mirror so no one else offered me a job" resort.

Actually, I was referring to the OP being a troll, but this context fits as well.

You know, outsiders reading about this particular 'sermon' most likely think that such a thing is no big deal, but I have to say that in all of the jobs that I have had in my 28-year work history, I have never been more insulted by a company communication than that letter.

What kind of a narcissistic moron would even consider using his tweenage son's behavior as an example to his employees?

Such is a prime example of the extremely low regard in which RJET's management holds it's crew members. That attitude permeates the organization and manifests itself in the treatment of anyone who does not work in HQ by those who do.
