What nonsense.
My application was printed the day they selected me from the pool. All the changes I made after that were not present. There were quite a few. I was not escorted from the building, despite taking quite some time to update all the information.
You are not invited to interview unless you're qualified, on the day they select your application, with the information listed on your application. Put your best foot forward. Highlight all your best features. You don't have to talk about your warts, unless they ask. And if they do, be honest. And never mention it ever again. Do not lie. Not ever. Goes without saying. Except for some people, I guess it needs to be said. #SMH

They need to see if the person on paper matches the person in the interview.
If the applicant's answers sound canned or have a sub-optimal personality or attitude THAT is the things that will get you "escorted" off the property - lol.

It's the biggest aviation event in the U.S. that attracts people of all ages interested in aviation. Seems like a better way to get the word out to young people that working for the airlines is once again a viable career. They only seem to go to OBAP and WAI conferences.

Basically if UAL can get "away" with shutting down new hire training during the summer and make the instructors go fly the line for the summer they will. But the need has been so great that they had to run classes through the summer last year.
They don't like having a huge "pool" of interviewed pilots waiting for class so that is the reasoning behind the slowdown of interviews.
Hopefully it sheds a "little" light on what is going on and plans change daily

Thoughts on which company is best suited for United prep? I've been told Cage is more geared towards United, but Emerald has tapped CV so just curious what some think. Experience with either?
