Oh. Thanks!

I buy the first round after work for the entire crew, and coffee at Starbucks every morning.

We should really fly together.

Ya see? That's what I am trying to say.

I also split the walk arounds, and not just on nice days. You want to go into the terminal and pick up lunch at the outstation? I'll catch the walkaround and start putting numbers into the FMS. (I even remember to change the flight number on page 2 of "Radio". How many Captains remember to do that?!?!)

Picked some of the info from the airline profiles page. Bold is GoJet. Didn't know how to tab it over to make it easier to read, so just bolded one of them..

PSA GoJet
1yr pay fo 39 37
2yr pay fo 40 39
3yr pay fo 40 41

2yr pay CA 68 70
3yr pay CA 69 72
4yr pay CA 72 74

Per Diem 1.75 1.80

Bonus 15,000 7,500

Commuter rules 250/mo 3000/yr 4 free/mo

Bases DAY/TYS/CLT/CVG ORD/STL/RDU/DTW/DEN

Reserve ? All Long Call, two coversions to short call/mo

Min day ? 4 hrs

Dead Head ? 75% going to 100% in 2017

Upgrades? ASAP? ASAP

Flight Benefits AA UA/DL

Flow Yes No

There's a lot to picking a regional. Commuting sucks first! Flow is a nice gem to have in the back pocket. Movement at both companies is very quick.

Default Republic...umm

Brian Bedford is a hypocrite of biblical proportions. I don't think the financials and industry trends support any future with Republic. History is doomed to repeat itself. They'll get the crumbs along the way.

Republic also has the very misleading compensation package in which their salary includes things like Per Diem, 401k contributions, medical insurance contributions, and the like.

$40,000 in wages
$7,500 signing bonus
$5,800 per diem
$6,200 "benefits"

The WO pay $10k more, and don't even count the per diem or the "benefits".

Thanks bkey79. Nice comparison. I will dig for the reserve differences. I see min day at GoJet is 4 hours. APC says no duty rigs. ?

Min day at PSA is 3.5 hours, 50% DH pay, and cancellation pay is paid at 100%.

Ya that's correct, no duty rigs here. I'm at GoJet, so if you have any in depth questions feel free to Message me. Things here on APC can turn ugly pretty quickly unfortunately...

EDIT. Forgot to add, 100% cancellation pay at GoJet as well.

I thought everyone knew by now.....

Just say no to GoJet or Mesa. Yes anywhere else depending on your basing/domicile needs.
