ATI newbs letter to management
Hey guys if your a newb/FNG at ATI:
There is a letter going around to which newbies are signing and sending to management (specifically Vestal or Red Face Bucky as you guys call him)
Find it, read it, if you agree sign it! Quite a few already have. Very well written and professionally done by one of your own!

Yes a letter saying how disappointed we are in a used car salesman with methlab teeth and the breath of a sewer.
Yeah, an angry letters gonna go a long way. Much like a call to the union over scheduling or something
Make a real statement..
no doubt a weak move and supported by a legacy guy.

ATI newbs letter to management
Well
Its not mine to post but I know its being well received. I truly wish probies would sign it BUT I full heartedly understand why they are not.
MS
Yeah I support it. I think its a legit response to an underhanded contract offer. Furthermore, it's solely being written by people which had the largest pay increases on the proposal.
Im not saying scorched earth and heads on pikes is bad. Im just saying this from the new guys is pretty d@mn respectable. The great thing is that most of you were hired from other sh it Hole airlines and with no doubt they (management & HR) thought youd accept the same here. In actuality youre the ballsiest most militants of the group. Just another example of upper managers getting **** thrown back in their face.
Btw
How did you get so close to smell his breath??? Im not judging just asking ....

Saw the letter. In all honesty, it is not a bad offer (relatively speaking) but it is a calculated effort by the powers that be to undermine 1224 and the idea that DHL/Amazon pilots might one day make something comparable to UPS/Fedex. I hope you guys turn it down, and I hope you tell ALPA to shove it. Regardless, good luck.

I think you're both talking about the letter FROM ATI management. The letter referred to in this thread is a letter TO management by the ATI low seniority pilots.
