Soaper doesn't really care. He has already announced in ground schools last week to expect January furloughs if enough people don't leave. Soaper's letter to crews stated he expects, "in good faith to rebalance the current mix of pay rates, work rules, retirement benefits". Amazon and DHL probably won't get a CBA with soapy leadership

Soapy couldn't negotiate a hemmoriod ointment. He still thinks he stole those pos 737's from us. His claim to fame on that issue was securing slave wages for Southern Air pilots. Good job Soapy, you just killed your 4th quarter!
