I was just emailed the assessment today and completed it. I got the 'stby to take the assessment' email on Mar 8th. Looks like the online assessments are going out 2 months out, this was mentioned on another post and it is was true for me.

Sorry for the confusion but from what I gather, I could be wrong though, they are sending the assessments out 2 months prior to your availability date that you put on your app. Anybody have theirs sent out at a different time?

I have listed available as immediate. I still received the assessment. This systems in MESSED UP!!! All fun though, I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I completed the assessment 2/2 and still waiting for the phone to ring. When I did it everyone was getting called within days if not hours. Needless to say I got my hopes up a bit. Just another reminder that the only thing for certain in this business is yesterday.

I completed the assessment on 1/30 and was expecting a quick call as well. There were quite a few posters on here who said they were called anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 days after finishing. At least SWA called in the meantime.
