Only friend I had go there was last summer, regional captain about 4k hours

What is approximate upgrade time at WGA these days?

I applied and they’ve asked me to fill out their application.. what can I expect if asked for an interview?

any idea of when classes are being held?

Upgrade based on Experience

Right now it’s a combination of seniority and experience when hired, but this depends on what fleet your on. 74 and MD fleets operated like two different companies.

How’s the JCBA coming?

Abandoning ship

Hey folks.

I keep hearing a lot about people at WGA jumping ship, "going there is a mistake" blah blah. Is there anything particularly wrong with the company other than just the pay sucks? Can anyone that's an actual WGA employee chime in?

Can you elaborate on this a little? What do you mean by the MD and 74 fleets run like two different companies?

Hello all,

Does anyone know if WGA is still hiring/ interviewing this year? And if I would even meet their mins, i.e competitively?

I am currently at 2700TT, 1500 part 135, 1025 turbine, 925 turbine PIC. Single Pilot 135 Medevac in a king air, no failures, violations, incidents or black marks. I'm not getting callbacks from anyone.

Thanks for any info.
