(Of course, average Memphis BBQ is better than anything anywhere else, but that's another thread. ;) )

Bozo's is where it's at. :)

.

I put Corky's behind Neely's Interstate, Germantown Commissary, Rendezvous, and Central BBQ (in that order). Bozo's is on the list to try next chance I get!

I agree.......Corky's falls behind those guys. Although, it is still head and shoulders above BBQ outside of Memphis.

Just so happens, on the Travel Channel a while ago they were voting on best BBQ regions. Unfortunately, Carolina came in last behind MEM, KC, and Texas. I've had BBQ all over the Carolinas and it is hit and miss with more misses for me unfortunately..............

More nostalgic for me than anything. I was introduced to BBQ with cole slaw growing up in Va Bch - Doughties, out of a tub, at a snack bar that I worked at a HS sophomore!

Well, if you're into beef, yeah. But if you want pork, come to Memphis.

Brad's is good, but as long as you're in Bartlett, you might as well have Moma's.

;)
