Pretty sure there’s an employee type bus that runs right from the passenger area to the area where the crews are dropped. I think you could even walk if the wx was conducive. Assuming you have contacted the company and have been approved for your ride, you should be able to wait for the crew outside the drop off area a couple hours prior to the flight and ride out to the plane with them.

There is a "crew center" with a waiting room right before the security screening. You'll want to be there before the crew gets there so you can introduce yourself and ride with the crew to the airplane. If you get there after the crew, it complicates things a little bit.

Next week K4's first "Triple" will enter service with proving runs in the DHL system
CVG-MIA-CVG

I'd imagine that will be more exciting than doing yip-osc-yip everyday.
