Training is tough, but if you come prepared and are willing to work hard, they’ll work with you. You definitely can’t slack through it, though. Study and come prepared. Use the trainer and FTD when you can.

Hiring has slowed until the backlog lowers and until more airframes show up. Not much to talk about. I have an acquaintance who has an interview in August.

Two months in a row now that I broke 90 hours. I guess seniority is actually helping in that regard. No OT. Some people sit a lot, some fly a lot. I'd imagine with current staffing levels, a few more airframes will make it seem like 2017-2018 again.
