Got the call to interview in January. I was looking to increase my odds of being hired. If any current ATI team members could PM me i'd appreciate it. Best of luck to all!

Just cross the first picket line you find. That’s pretty much all you have to demonstrate.

This is a hiring thread, not a union or debate thread. If you feel your criticism of ATI is valid go start another thread flaming ATI. Otherwise you have absolutely zero to contribute.

Very informative response

I think that it’s a perfectly valid contribution. Personally, I would want to know if I was applying to join a pilot group that, for the most part, was the only pilot group (including non-union pilots) to have scabbed a strike picket line in the past few decades.

No, if you were just trying to be informative about your views on the pilot group, you would have phrased your words very differently. Instead your words are indicative of someone trying to ruffle feathers. Again, if you are so confident in your position and believe you have all the facts straight, and you are really just trying to spread the word, then start a new thread. Otherwise it appears as though you are just trying to start something.

So... you’re saying that you didn’t cross a picket line in November 2016? Even when non-union pilots refused to cross it?

How soon did you get the call after you applied?

It's been three years. Massive growth and hiring has gone on at ATI from what I can see. (I know you are going to say that growth is because they crossed. Possibly, but what can a guy looking for a job have done about that?) I wouldn't be surprised to find out that nearly half the pilots now on their list weren't even on property three years ago. Let it go. I agree that they should not have crossed but should no one ever apply there again because of it? By that logic nobody should have applied at United since 1985. Your efforts would be better used building bridges to the new pilots so the whipsaw never happens again. Instead a few on here just keep berating anyone who works at ATI alienating them and making them think of your pilot group as the enemy. Your enemy is your employer and the system they have set up with multiple certificates.

This is exactly right, I couldn't agree more. Based on current pilots on property and how many were here in 2016, 78% of ATI's current pilots were hired after the fact. I'll say it again for those in the back, 78 PERCENT! Their entire argument is completely invalid and no longer relevant.
